Q: Where is Startup Candy Co. located?
A: Our headquarters and candy production are in Utah, USA. All of our sweets are made in the USA using traditional recipes and handcrafted techniques.
Q: How long has Startup Candy Co. been in business?
A: We’ve been making handcrafted sweets since 1820! Our candy heritage spans over 200 years.
Q: What kinds of candy do you offer?
A: We offer a variety of old-fashioned confections, including jumbo pops (suckers) and hard candy drops. We also have seasonal assortments and gift/holiday selections.
Ordering, Shipping & Returns
Q: How is shipping calculated and how long will delivery take?
A: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on location — we strive to ship as quickly as possible.
Q: Melted or Broken Candy
A: We're making candy in small batches so each piece of candy is made, inspected, & shipped by our crew. Sometimes in transit..things can happen as you can imagine. If your treats arrive melted or broken, email info@startupcandy.com and we’ll happily send a replacement or store credit!
Q: Missing or Incorrect Items?
A: Double-check your order confirmation email, and if you received the wrong items let us know at info@startupcandy.com within 72 hours of delivery. We’ll make sure you get exactly what you ordered.
Q: Do you provide wholesale pricing?
A: Yes! We have a wholesale program. You can apply to become a wholesale partner, log in to the wholesale portal, or use our wholesale quick-order form.
Product & Ingredients
Q: Are your candies gluten-free / allergen-friendly?
A: Our candies are handcrafted, and though we take care in sourcing ingredients, some of our products may contain allergens or be processed in facilities that handle nuts, dairy, etc. Always check the ingredient listing on the product page.
Specialty & Gifts
Q: Can I order custom gift sets or corporate gifts?
A: Absolutely! We offer holiday assortments and can likely accommodate special custom orders, depending on the size. Please contact us with your needs.
Q: What is your Flavor of the Month?
A: We regularly feature seasonal or rotating flavor assortments — “Flavor of the Month” is one of these. Be sure to check the website each month for what’s new and special.
