It’s free to sign up with no waiting period! You can shop for your favorite sweets as soon as you fill out the wholesale form. Wholesale customers have a $200 order minimum, so you’ll receive access to your wholesale benefits once you have $200 in your cart.
Q: How do I become a Startup Candy wholesale customer?
A: Ready to become a wholesale customer at the sweetest place around? Head over to our website and click “Wholesale Login.” From there, click “Need an account? Sign up here.” You can also call us M-F 9:00-5:00 Mountain Time and our team can help you set up your account.
Q: What is the minimum purchase amount for my wholesale order?
A: We require wholesale customers to have a minimum purchase of $200 to unlock their wholesale discount. Customers will not see their wholesale discount appear at the checkout until their cart is valued at $200 or more.
Q: How do I log in to my wholesale account?
A: This one is easy! Simply click on “Wholesale Login” at the top of the StartupCandy.com homepage. You will need your wholesale account email and password.
Q: What if I forgot my wholesale account password?
A: If you can’t remember your wholesale account password, you have three options. The first is to click “Forgot your password?” on the wholesale customer login page pictured below:
The second option is to call our customer service, and we can help you reset your password. You can also email us at any time with questions or concerns!
Q: Are there any products excluded from my wholesale discount?
A: The only items excluded from the wholesale discount are the 40 ct Jumbo Pop bags. All other varieties are available for your wholesale discount!
Q: What is the MSRP (manufacturer’s suggested retail price) for Startup Candy?
A: If you’re looking at what price you should set for Startup Candies in your store, then look no further than the Startup Candy website! We sell all of our candies to retail customers at the MSRP.
Q: Are there any MOQs (Minimum Order Quantities) on specific products?
A: There are no MOQs on any of the Startup Candy products except for the 4-count Jumbo Pop bags. We require at least a 12-count case per flavor on the 4-count bags. Once your cart totals $200, you can get as many of each flavor as you’d like!
